Article 1 (Scope)

Article 2 (Service Description)

The Service provides file distribution functionality that allows uploaded files to be downloaded until a specified download limit or expiration date is reached.

The Service may be used anonymously without requiring account registration.

Article 3 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

Transmission or distribution of information that violates laws or public order and morals

Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, portrait rights, or other rights of third parties

Use for purposes that cause harm to third parties, such as malware, phishing, fraud, or illegal solicitation

Interfering with the operation of the Service or placing excessive load on it

Any other activities deemed inappropriate by the operator

Article 4 (File Handling)

Users warrant that they have lawful authority over the files they upload.

The operator may suspend publication or delete files without prior notice when necessary for legal compliance, rights protection, or operational reasons.

Uploaded files may be automatically deleted based on configured conditions (download limits, expiration dates, etc.).

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The operator does not guarantee the continuity, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or data integrity of the Service.

The operator shall not be liable for disputes, damages, or claims arising between users or with third parties, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

The operator shall not be liable for failures caused by external factors such as communication lines, devices, browsers, or cloud providers.

Article 6 (Service Changes and Suspension)

The operator may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service when necessary for maintenance, troubleshooting, legal compliance, or other operational reasons.

The operator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users due to such changes or suspension.

Article 7 (Amendments)

The operator may amend these Terms as necessary.

Amended Terms shall take effect upon publication on this site or on a separately specified effective date.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the operator shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
